I’m George Diixon, a London-based photographer working across documentary and portrait-led photography for sport, lifestyle, fashion, and music.

My style sits between documentary and editorial. I’m drawn to real environments and real people, capturing energy and fleeting moments, prioritising authenticity over polish.

I began photographing football independently, documenting matchdays and supporter culture around Newcastle United through FloodlightsOn. That work trained my eye for people, pace, and atmosphere, and led to commissions across professional sport for clubs, leagues, and global brands.

Over time, the approach extended beyond the pitch. I translate those instincts into campaigns that feel believable: grounded scenarios, honest performances, and light-touch direction, finished with an editorial edge. Crafted, but never overproduced.

After changing careers, the double “i” in Diixon is intentional (and no, it wasn’t just because @georgedixon was taken). It marks a deliberate second chapter for me — the point where photography became the focus rather than the side project.
